The following are the results of the Lotto Draw on 3rd April 2014. Numbers drawn were - 3, 8, 10 and 25. There was no winner of the €2,600 jackpot. Music, song, story

There will be a Night of Music, Song and Story in aid of Clonmore, Kilquiggan and Ballyconnell 'Senion Citizens' Community Alert Alarms in Ballyconnell Hall on Friday 11th April at 8.00 p.m. Tickets €5. Door prize on the night.

Walking track

The official opening of Bro. Leo Community Walking Track, Bro. Leo Park, Ballymurphy Rd., Tullow will take place on Wednesday 9th April at 7.00 p.m. Our 3rd Annual 5km Walk/Run will take place on this evening concurrently with the cutting of the ribbon signifying the start of the run/walk! Registration for the 5km, 6.15 p.m.

Day Care AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Tullow Day Care Centre will take place in the Centre on Tuesday 15th April at 8.00 p.m. Everyone is very welcome to come along.

Stage School

Tullow Stage School is 'Happy' Tullow Stage School presents 'Happy' in The Murphy Memorial Hall, Tullow on Sunday 4th May at 6.30 p.m. Come and join us for our end of year Variety Show. Adults €10 - Children/Senior Citizens/Students €5 - Family (2 adults and 2 children) €25. For tickets call Anne on (087) 6534566. Tickets are being sold on a first come first served basis.

Plans for parade

DTA - St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee wish to thank everyone that was involved in this year's parade. It was another successful parade. Winners on the day were: Marching Groups: 1st: Leinster Latvian Group. 2nd: Tullow TaeKwon Do. Floats: Mick Byrne Landscape. 2nd: Tullow Scouts Group and Individuals: 1st: Jimmy Molloy-Tractor. 2nd Jack Teehan.

DTA would like to thank everyone who supported their recent Church Gate Collection €487 was collected. Also to those who supported the Table Quiz which raised €800. DTA St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee is holding a Public Meeting on Monday 14th April at 8.30 p.m. in the Tara Arms to start work on the 2015 Parade.

Easter Tennis Camp

Tullow Tennis Club is now taking bookings for its Easter Camp which will take place on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th April from 10 a.m. -1 p.m. for 7-14 year olds. Cost 30. Contact Morgan on (087) 9128954

Flower Club

Tullow Flower and Garden Club monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 8 at 8.00 p.m. in Mount Wolseley Hotel. Flower Arranging Demonstration by Betty Cummisky (AOIFA Qualified). Admission €7. All welcome.

Thank you

Mary and Marie Healy want to thank most their great volunteers who picked and sold such an enormous amount of daffodils on daffodil day and also to all those who gave so generously from their gardens. Without those we wouldn't have raised €7,400 for The Irish Cancer Society.

Join the Choir

The Parish Choir are looking for new members to join. There are some big celebrations coming up in the Church this year and it would be great to get new members. The choir is open to all levels of singing and we look forward to welcoming new members both male and female. The next rehearsal is Tuesday 8th April at 8.30 p.m. in Tullow Parish Centre.
