If you have had a bicycle stolen from the Carlow area in the recent past, you might just have a chance to retrieve it next week. Carlow Gardaí are having an open day where they are offering people the opportunity to retrieve stolen bicycles from them at Carlow Garda Station.
Sgt John Foley says that there are upwards of 20 bicycles which have been retrieved over the past few months currently at Carlow Garda Station and is urging any member of the public who is missing a bike to come down and take a look.
The open day will take place next Tuesday, January 21, and people are urged to bring some kind of proof that they own the bikes in question or have an accurate description of it ready for the Gardaí on the day.
