A special bilingual Ghost Tout of Huntington Castle, organised by Ballon Improvement Group together with Glór Bhalana, held on 31st October was a resounding success. The event was supported to capacity and led by Castle tour guide Alex and a PúcaBan/Taibhse Ban who could only speak Irish. Ní raibh aici ach Gaeilge!

The children who attended were fascinated by the history of Huntington Castle and the many special effects throughout the tour made the occasion memorable. As the tour progressed the Ghosts of Huntington emerged from a four poster bed, the yew tree walk and the temple in the dungeon. Such was the terror of the tour that the group had to take time to recover with hot refreshments in the lovely ghost-free tea rooms at Huntington afterwards.
