The Extreme Stunt Show speeds towards Carlow

Published 01/05/2012 | 10:57

IF YOU'RE a thrill seeker who loves to get the adrenaline pumping then you'll be glad to hear that The Extreme Stunt Show will be making its way to Carlow at break neck speed this May.

On display will be mega monster trucks which featured on the popular Channel Four programme 'Famous and Fearless' last year.

Powering around the arena with reckless abandonment, you can't help but admire the driver's skills in manoeuvring a 2000 plus horse power methanol supercharged monstrous machine. The Extreme Motocross Freestyle Team will also be flying through the air displaying death defying tricks that will take your breath away. With several Guinness World Records to his name, PRO BMX Trials and Mountain Bike Rider, Jez Avery, also known as Jumpin' Jez, will be there performing various bike stunts throughout the show. And if you think the show is just for the boys, then think again because Abby Baker shows audiences that girls really can hold their own, performing her own car crashes, rollovers and Tbones. The Extreme Stunt Show will take place Thursday May 17 at Old Mcdonalds Farm Store, O'brien Road from 7.30pm. For ticket information visit www.extremeeventseurope.com
