No sign of 'summertime blues' at Graiguecullen's camp of fun

It was a super summer for the children of Graiguecullen Community Childcare as they took part in a range of different activities as part of their annual Summer Camp. There was no way that the summer boredom was catching up with these kids as they had fun in the sun and learned a range of new skills.

Mums and dads might just benefit from having a kitchen prodigy in the household after the children learned how to make rock buns and smoothie ice lollies with Oonagh Barrett from The Great Irish Bake Off. If this wasn't enough, there was probably a few lovely handmade presents going home as they also had a pottery making class with Jayne Foley from Sunshine Pottery.

Those who were born for the stage were in their element as they took part in hip hop dancing lessons with Nicola, Sarah and Laura from Dance Republic and as well as that, the kids also made the most of the fine weather to visit Oak Park Forest, Oughaval Woodland Forest and Stradbally Park to learn all about nature and take in the sights.
