Bagenalstown Festivals Committee will hold their Annual General Meeting in the McGrath hall Bagenalstown, on Tuesday night, November 5 at 8.30pm.


Fenagh have now advanced to the quarter final of the Leinster Junior Championship where they have home advantage to the Wexford champions on Sunday, November 3.

There is a great buzz around the village and all the support to date is very much appreciated. Fenagh G.F.C. wish to sincerely thank the following for their recent kind sponsorship. The annual Monster Bingo fundraiser takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 27 in the Sevenoaks Hotel.


Bagenalstown FRC. forthcoming events include Co Carlow Women's Network with the support of Carlow Arts Office is hosting a Feltmaking Workshop on Thursday, Nov. 14from 7pm. - 10pm. at Bagenalstown. Muaythai Boxing at the Vet Clinic Centre, Fenagh Road, Bagenalstown. The gym is open to all. Congratulations to David O'Flaherty, principal of Muine Bheag Vocational School and Patrick Roche who are two of seven permanent deacons ordained in Carlow Cathedral on Sunday, October 13.

David will minister in the Parish of Cathedral Parish, Carlow.

He is married to Maria and has three children, Hazel, Jack and Rory. Patrick will minister in the Parish of Leighlin. He is married to Mairead and has three children, Tessa, Lucy and Patrick.
