The exhibition of stunning photographs 'A Year at My Back Door' was on at Signal Arts Centre recently and enjoyed by many art enthusiasts.
Photographer Ciara Brehony took photographs almost daily of the view from Kilcoole beach towards the Sugarloaf, cataloguing the changing seasons, skies and weather.
Originally from Dun Laoghaire, Ciara was very enamoured with the beautiful Wicklow coastal landscape.
Ciara now lives in Bray with her husband, painter Jay Roche, and they have four children aged six to 17.
Ciara is also a passionate writer and blogger and this was her debut solo exhibition at the Albert Avenue gallery.
She said that the work became 'an archive of the turning year, the different weather conditions, the birds coming and going.'
She added that she found the vast differences in the sky awe-inspiring.
