Parenting course in Bray's Bridge Cafe

Being a parent to teenagers can be a tricky business so Bray's Bridge Café is there to help.
A course for parents of young people from sixth class to sixth year will be on at the Castle Street Café on Wednesdays starting on September 25 for five weeks.
The course will consist of practical talks and group discussions as well as tea and coffee.
Sessions will cover 'Keeping the End in Mind,' 'Meeting our Teenagers' Needs,' 'Setting Boundaries,' 'Developing Emotional Health,' sand 'Helping Them Make Good Choices.'
The course will be on from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. with the first night starting at 7.45 p.m.

The total cost of the five week course, to include materials and coffee, is €15 per person or €25 per couple.
The Bridge Café is a project supported by an interdenominational group of churches in the Bray area.
