Improve your life with free courses and workshops

Bray Partnership has a range of free workshops and courses coming up to help people develop job skills, enhance their well-being, and more.

The sessions kicked off last week with two interview skill short training sessions.

There's an active citizenship for the over 50s starting on September 17. People on the course will learn more about active citizenship, community organising, advocacy, leadership and how to influence policies and services that affect older people in their community.

Considering self-employment will start on September 18, while safeTalk suicide awareness training is on October 4.

Exploring Options - self employment for people under 35 starts in November, with a one-day wellness workshop on October 31.

ELLE women's project courses starting from September, including Food and Nutrition, Basic Computers, Exploring Your Options, Creative Arts for Women, European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), and Women into Business.
