Groove Festival marked the first weekend of Bray Summerfest last weekend, with a further five weeks of music and entertainment to come.
A vintage funfair rich in nostalgia is now installed on the seafront, with KidZone further south for the younger thrill seekers.
There is lots more in store for Weekend 2 when the seafront comes alive with events and music incorporating a Family Fiesta theme with farm animals, sea creatures, clowns and entertainers, a mad-hatters tea party as well as a maze and a puppet show ... all alongside a full range of workshops for kids to learn and have fun.
Bressie will also be coming to town to open the weekend on the evening of Friday July 12.
He will be supported by Andrew Mann Band and over the course of the weekend you can also catch the sounds of The Niall Donnelly Band, a Garth Brooks tribute band 'Friends in Low Places' and a showcase of local Bray talent from SMYTH and Bray Musical Society as well as Connor Linnie, Lorna Dempsey and Fresh RE.
The coming weeks will include Wicklow Food and Garden Festival, the famous Air Display and our Retro Weekend with an outdoor cinema ... .and an awesome line-up of talented musicians to keep your Summer sailing.
