€550k fund for students

Enterprise Ireland has launched a new €550,000 fund for graduates who want to start up a business.

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD launched the Competitive Start Fund for Graduates on Thursday.

Up to €50,000 will be provided in support to each successful applicant.

All applicants must have graduated with a FETAC level 8 qualification in the last 3 years.

The fund opens for applications on Wednesday July 9 and closes at 3 p.m. on Wednesday July 23.
