Sumo Run set to return

Sumo Run Ireland will return to the seafront in Bray on Sunday, August 27.

100 per cent of the entry fee goes to Purple House Cancer Support Centre.

Participants will get to keep their sumo suit after taking on the 5km route. The run is open to everyone from the age of seven up, and there will be entry for families, groups and teams.

Sumo runners will get to take part in sumo yoga, they will get a Renault Ireland goodie bag, enjoy a performance by Bray Gospel Choir, and more.

'Thank you to the community of Bray for your continued support and helping to support families in the local area and further afield,' said a spokesman for Purple House.
