The children of St Fergal's Junior National School in Bray proudly raised their second green flag at the school recently.

The boys and girls earned the honour for learning about energy conservation and carrying out projects based on their new-found knowledge.

Principal Marie Dunphy welcomed the Environmental Officer from Wicklow County Council to the school. He presented the 2013 Green School Committee members with their Green School Certificates.

St. Fergal's youngest pupil, Kacper Mazur, was given the task of raising the new flag.
