For the last four years, the band have been taking on a different classic album each month, playing it from beginning to end and then encoring with other hits from the album's creator.

From now on though, rather than just one gig in one town, the band will dedicate the entire month to their chosen album by playing not only Greystones but also Bray, Wicklow, and beyond.

The first album to benefit from the new approach is Fleetwood Mac's classic 'Rumours', which debuted on October 5, at The Hot Spot in Greystones.

Other venues and other dates for the album are currently being finalised.

Each UFO gig features a fresh line-up of singers and musicians.

With Bray's rejuvenated Harbour Bar also signing up the band for future gigs, the following two months' classic albums have already been chosen – Bob Dylan's Love & Theft for November and The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band for December.
