The club will hold it's annual Christmas Lotto and Prize Draw Night, on Thursday December 20th from 9pm. There will be five prizes of .€100, five €50 and plenty of spot prizes on the night.
The Annual Christmas Morning Run takes place to St Oliver's Hospital, starting from the clubhouse at 10am.
Last week's lotto numbers were 12, 15, 20 and 26. There was one match three winner online, Peter Sage who received €150. This Tuesday's jackpot is €6900, tickets are available from any committee member, online through www.locallotto.ie, or from Lawless Barber Shop and McEntegarts Bar in Park Street.

A presentation night for the winning of Division 2 is to be held in the Riva Brassiere in Earl street in late January. Numbers are limited so it is advised to get tickets early when they become available. More details to follow in new year.
Anybody who received the monthly subscription form at the recent AGM. is asked to have a look at it and if are interested in starting are asked to return completed form asap.
The managers for the coming year at adult level are Benny McArdle (senior ), Dave Dorr (Junior 1) and Peter Fee (Junior 2).
New gates have been erected on the main entrance into the Gaels grounds and look very well. New roller shutter doors have also been installed for security reasons. The gym is available for use by any member of the club, and it too is being upgraded with new training equipmen being installed.
All these projects need to be paid for so it is imperative that everyone in the club does their bit to generate funding.

The Annual Mass for past players, members, friends and sponsors of O Raghallaigh's will be held this coming Sunday at noon in Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
Congratulations to two club members elected at Louth GAA Convention to serve on the county board in 2013. Peter Moore will be Assistant Treasurer and Suzanne Markey will serve as Irish Language/Culture officer. Suzanne is the only female member of the senior county board so will be busy keeping the lads under control!
Training is continuing in Integral Gym for all senior players. The large number participating with Integral trainer Gerry Kelly indicates the serious challenge for honours that the lads are prepared to make in 2013.
Ashfield Resident Association held their children's Christmas Party in the club on Saturday and a fantastic afternoon was organised by the residents' committee. We send warm Christmas greetings to all our neighbours in Ashfield and we look forward to your company in our clubhouse over the Christmas period. Kevin and Viv have finalised the festive entertainment programme in the club.
The Hootenanney club returns this Friday with a Christmas special. The night is to raise funds for Drogheda Homeless Aid and a large number of local musicians and singers will be taking part including Rob Malley, Shane O'Brien, Niamh Breen, Caoife Mc Veigh, Seamus Walsh, Niamh Winters, Graham Woods, Chris Brady and Emer Carroll. A fantastic night is guaranteed and it is advisable to arrive early. Doors open at 9pm in the club bar. Admission is €5 and all proceeds go to Homeless Aid.
The Massive Christmas Draw will take place in the clubhouse on Saturday, tickets are still available at the bar and there are great prizes to be won.; Tickets cost €2 each or three for €5 and music on the night will be by Back Again. Saturday night's are special nights in our clubhouse.
On St Stephen's night, the 26th, shake off the Christmas cobwebs and dance the night away to the music of 'Gerry and Paul', while Drogheda's most popular DJ Pat Thornton spins the discs in the club bar on Saturday December 29th, with dancing until late. There is no cover charge on any of these super nights' entertainment.
The Ceile Mor held in the club hall last week was a fantastic success and we look forward to hosting a similar event in the future. A large crowd attended and enjoyed the music. Thanks to Marcella Bannon and her team from Drogheda Arts Centre for organising this event which was part of a weekend festival in the town.
Plans are now being prepared for the club spectacular New Year's Eve party on Monday 31st, another night not to be missed.

The club is pleased to announce that Paddy Martin has been confirmed as the new senior manager for 2013. Dermot Craven will assist as selector. Both appointments were ratified at Tuesday night's committee meeting.
A well-attended AGM included a good number of adult players and covered a wide range of topics. The club has now grown to over twenty five different teams in both hurling and football. Hurling dominated the discussion following a very successful season at so many levels. The outgoing chairman Charles Collier thanked the very industrious juvenile division who this season had the honour of having the best attended Cúl Camp in the county.

The Bar will be open normal opening hours on Christmas Eve. The club are holding a 'Teeny Pop Disco' for four to eight-year-olds this Friday from 6 to 7pm. Our Youth Disco for eight to 14-year-olds follows the same night from 7.30 to 9.30pm. Parents must collect children from the door.

Congratulations to Gideon Lugoye on his selection to the Lennon Cup All Stars team. This is a great honour for both himself, his family and our club. This is the third year in a row we have had a player on this team, with Ciaran Ward 12 months ago and John Horan the year before also being selected. Well done Gideon.
The club said 'bon voyage' to two of its most influential players from the Junior team, with both Graham Fanning and Gary Delaney heading to Brisbane in Australia last week.
These two guys have been with club since Under-10s and have come up through the ranks playing at every level. Both will be huge losses to the Junior team but also to the club in general. They both had a great affection for the club and were involved in a lot of the off-field activities in fundraising and coaching. We wish them a safe journey and every success.
