'Hill pay penalty

A LAST minute penalty from Mark Dunne earned the visitors a dramatic win at a blustery St Brigid's Park on Sunday.

Despite leading 0-7 to 0-1 at the break, Nicky Malone's side were pegged back in the second half, with a goal from Noel Finnegan bringing the home team back into contention.

Entering the closing stages, the Hill drew level and a share of the spoils looked to be on the cards. However an infringement close to goal saw referee Paul Finnegan award a penalty, and Mark Dunne kept his composure to coolly slot home what proved to be the winning score.
