'Items must be at least 40 years old and must be able to be hand held,' says Carol Wallace.

She says that they are looking for items which will resonate with older people such as old kitchen equipment, washboards, boxes and packages such as Sunlight Soap, Bisto Gravy Tins, antique clothes, old tools, photos from the past, etc.

Large items, souvenirs or bric a brac are not wanted.

'Any suitable items received will be put to good use and will be much appreciated,' she says.

If you feel that you have something suitable which you would be willing to donate to the project, contact Carol at 087 2795094.
