Robert Maguire 18 St. Helena Park, is currently serving a ten month sentence and admitted both offences.

Judge Flann Brennan was told that on December 13, Maguire went into St Vincent's School. Footage from CCTV showed him in the building and leaving and he had no permission to be there.

And on June 26, Maguire was found with €10 worth of heroin on him when he was stopped and searched by Gardai.

Maguire has 79 previous convictions and solicitor Conor MacGuill said his client has suffered from 'acute addictions' and is due for release in November.

Judge Brennan imposed a three-month sentence for each offence.
