Parents and children who attended the group over the years, along with partners and friends of the group, were invited to attend and share their memories of the last decade.

The group was set up by the HSE to offer an additional range of practical and social supports to new parents and their children.

'The success of the group is due to the personal dedication of the past and current group facilitators, the excellent Redeemer Centre staff and the willingness of group members to support each other.' said Rosemary O'Callaghan, Women's Health Development Officer with the HSE

The group meets weekly in the Redeemer Community Centre every Thursday from 10.30 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. All new parents are welcome.
