North Louth Artists' 2017 exhibition

The North Louth Artists are gearing up for their exhibition, 'Exploring Louth' which takes place in The Basement Gallery from May 18 to June 3.

Participating artists include Sandra Bell, Gerry Clarke, Irene Woods, Patricia Murphy, Paula Eigenheer, Siobhan Conyngham, Derek Bell, Patrick Conyngham, Ciara Agnew, John O,Connor, Rosemary Warren and Eilish O,Mahony.

Many of these artists have had work included in different exhibitions during the past year. John O,Connor has had work accepted by the RHA, Patrick Conyngham held a very successful solo exhibition in The Basement Gallery, Rosemary Warren held a solo exhibition in Abu Dhabi and is preparing for another next November in The Basement Gallery. Patricia Murphy will hold a solo in Armagh later in the year. Sandra Bell's sculpture will feature in Bloom next month. Irene Woods has completed a number of private commissions recently.

This year North Louth Artists welcome three guest artists, Declan Honan who has participated in group exhibitions in the Basement Gallery previously; Robert Kelly, who is well known for his vibrant abstract prints and Barry Finnegan, graffiti artist known as 'Omin', whose work can be seen in many locations around Dundalk.

School groups are welcome to visit the show.
