Another week, another potential threat to Ireland's low corporate tax offering.

Theresa May set out her vision of a post-Brexit UK that not only includes having the lowest corporate tax rate of any country in the G20, but one which is a "profoundly pro-innovation".

Her comments were designed to be a clear statement of intent by Downing Street at a time of doomsday warnings about the fate of the British economy.
