Yes to 'rejection' of street protests

I and every right-thinking person in Ireland realise we have a huge problem with the banks being broke and such high unemployment, so it was refreshing to hear the news and media people on 'The Late Late Show' rejecting Ryan Tubridy's encouragement to take to the streets for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, from an international perspective, when foreign media report on such a mass demonstration it could only damage our reputation as a country and discourage foreign investment.
Secondly, these marches can very easily get out of hand, with troublemakers seizing their opportunity. This too would create a bad image.
