Who will defend the taxpayers?

Sean FitzPatrick says he will answer any questions that need to be answered and he is certain that he will be cleared of any charges that he may face.
Of course he will be cleared of any wrongdoing -- Sean, like every developer and bank chairman in Ireland, has one major advantage over the rest of the population in the NAMA drama: a very expensive law firm.
Who defends the taxpayer in this mess?
