We'd be mother of all challenges for IMF

I wonder if the IMF officials that have to sort out backward countries ever argue about who gets what gig?
If I were an IMF official I would rather get the Afghanistan job than the Irish one. We as a nation are really bad at self-governance, financial probity, telling the truth, complying with rules/regulations.
But one thing we are masters of is obstruction of authority.
