Treatment of the Pope is not harsh

I am tired of hearing about the media's unfair treatment of the Pope and his organisation.
He is essentially the CEO of the Catholic Church and should be ultimately responsible for the actions of his employees and for the standards of his employees.
In fact, not only is he the CEO of the church, he is also the head of a political state, the Vatican. So while some claim that the treatment of the Pope and the church has been unfair, we have to ask ourselves one question: would we allow any other CEO or head of state to go unpunished for leading such a corrupt organisation?
