Time to stop the blame game, FG
Sir -- I've watched and listened as Fine Gael and Labour ministers, TDs, senators and supporters refuse to take responsibility for the decisions that are now being made in Government. Every unpopular decision they take is defended by the whole "it's Fianna Fail's fault'' nonsense that I would rather see an end to.
A government is in power for a reason; to assume control, restore stability and renew our confidence in our economy and political system. The least we deserve as worthy, intelligent voters is our Government to stand firm behind its convictions, rather than them hiding behind the names and faces of the past.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and in this FG/Labour Government's case, their reaction to what has gone before should be assertive and independent of previous mistakes.
