Time to reclaim basic family values
Regarding David Quinn's article in your edition of Friday, March 11 -- "A secular city needs reminding that the sacred is still with us". How accurate this is as a summing up of our country at the present time.
I cannot help but feel sad that we have sold out so much of the values which we once held so dear.
Much of this happened during the boom of the Celtic Tiger years, when we developed a new self-confidence and our nation underwent a personality change of monumental proportions.
