Supplying head shop answers

Caoimheann O Faolain (Irish Independent March 25) thinks that by not banning head shops, "information and assistance would be more readily available to those who experience difficulty".
Perhaps Caoimheann would like to tell us whose job it is to come up with the information and assistance. Do the head shops have insurance cover to pay for the hospital beds and treatment, will they pay for long-term care and funeral expenses? What clinical trials have the drug companies making these products carried out? Could Caoimheann supply us with the necessary information?
