Superquinn service standards dropped

IN his article on the demise of Superquinn, I don't think David McWilliams understands the service industry. As someone who shops in Superquinn on an almost daily basis, I noticed that when Feargal Quinn ran the chain, we were charged top prices for a top service. Since his departure, we are charged top prices for no service. It's as simple as that. Working on Mr McWilliams's principles, we are being run by fools, so we must all be fools. The economist always tells the future the next day.
