Stadium critic is full of hot water

A recent letter (Letters, September 9) referred to the installation of a solar water-heating system at Kingspan Breffni Park. The amount quoted for the system actually refers to the total investment in the redevelopment of the grounds -- €300,000 -- not the cost of the solar-powered system.
As part of the €300,000 renovation, we installed a Thermomax fresh-water module system from Kingspan Renewables costing €34,000.
Kingspan Breffni Park was awarded a 30pc grant from SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) for the supply and installation costs of the panels, totalling €10,200.
