Speeding policy won't save lives

I recently received a speeding fine in the post, stating I was speeding on the main Cork to Mallow road (N20).

The speed limit on that road is 100kmh. The ticket stated I was doing 110kmh and I got a hefty fine for it.

Gone are the days when your fair-minded garda was doing this job and was able to use his or her fair judgment in deciding who is speeding or not.
