So they say crime doesn't pay . . .

SO a gang of thieves steal €300,000 and the Justice Minister and the gardai come down on their heads.

Meanwhile, billions are being siphoned away by the State to wealthy risk-takers. Crimes are committed daily with the stroke of a pen and a handshake between a solicitor and a financial adviser. €300,000 tax-free?

So what!
