RTE can help to expose 9/11 lies

Monday September 14 2009

I totally agree with Michael Dorgan (Letters, September 12) that the film 'Loose Change Final Cut' should have been shown by RTE as a balance to the one-sided view of history we are given.

This film exposes the myth of 9/11 and the now discredited 9/11 Commission Report.

It should be major news that six of the 10 members of the 9/11 Commission have gone public with revelations that the whole thing was a lie, and a fraud on the world, as instructed by the Pentagon.

Charlie Sheen, the actor and political activist, has also spoken out on 9/11 again, demanding a meeting with Barack Obama to discuss the growing evidence pointing to perpetrators other than those portrayed in the official story.

Explosives have been found in the debris of the buildings.

It is about time the press and the mainstream acted in a non-political, non-partisan manner and reported the proven facts.

Hundreds of thousands of people have died since September 11, 2001, based on the Bin Laden/Hussein lie.

Bin Laden is not even on the FBI wanted list; as they themselves admit, they have no evidence.

Why have all these innocent people been murdered?

I challenge RTE to show this film in full and further challenge the press to ask why it was pulled in the first place.

Athens burns as politicians vote

The historic vote paves the way for Greece's European partners and the International Monetary Fund to release 170 billion euro in new rescue loans, without which Greece would default on its mountain of debt next month and likely leave the eurozone - a scenario that would further unsettle global markets. Politicians voted 199-74 in favour of the cutbacks, despite strong dissent among the two main coalition members.

The film was a homage to the silent era of Hollywood that was lost forever with the arrival of the talkies. Hollywood stars George Clooney and Brad Pitt were among the actors to attend the star-studded film ceremony in central London.
