Rich reward

Monday February 13 2012

If the Government performed better than it does, its pay rises would be unsustainable. As things stand, an austerity-ridden population can't afford the pay rises the Government awards itself for a bad performance. The creation of 500 jobs is not worthy of even a modest pay rise. Being useless is a key requirement for the highest rewards.

Why doesn't our new boss, Frau Merkel, query how our national debt will ever be paid if the Government rewards itself with completely unwarranted pay rises?
