Rescind this agreement now

Sir -- I must congratulate all your reporters. They have a great grasp of the economic situation and the public's feelings and I agree with their sentiments on all the issues of the day.
Regarding the Croke Park agreement, I would say bluntly that it should be scrapped. In the first place it was a very bad deal for the Government and the unions walked them into it as usual. They can run rings around Government officials.
A state of emergency should be declared and the Government should be able to rescind any agreement without fear. Things have changed drastically since the agreement. The public service did not keep their side of the bargain. They did not deliver any savings that I am aware of.
