Race laws in UK set bad example
JACQUELINE Cotter's comments (Letters, February 17) are truly bizarre. As an Englishwoman living in Ireland she decries our "racist" society yet still chooses to live here.
At the same time she sings the praises of her native country on the basis that it has “some of the best anti race-hate laws in the world”.
I would suspect that Ireland is no more and no less racist a country than Britain.
