Questions remain over merger plan

THE Government has stated that a merger of the three children's hospitals will improve paediatric health care and save taxpayer's money.

To this end, they have supported a project which proposes to invest around €700m in children's hospital facilities in Dublin in the coming years.

On the face of it, this should be a good news story but fundamental questions remain unanswered.
