Queen's forces not defender of rights
Stephen Fallon of Limerick refers to the British queen as "a champion of human rights" in his letter published March 10.
I refer him to some of the following atrocities (to name but a few) carried out by her security forces during her reign: Gibraltar 1988, Loughgall 1987, Long Kesh 1981, "Shoot -to-kill" 70s/80s, Dublin/Monaghan 1974, Derry 1972, Ballymurphy 1971, etc, etc . . .
