Put brakes on banks' silly ads

I often wonder who is in control of advertisements for banking corporations.

For example, I could never understand the reasoning of Permanent TSB in getting 'Phil Leotardo' from the Sopranos to be its "public face".

Sure, Frank Vincent's a fine actor, but the character he plays is a bit dubious, to put it mildly.
