Presuming Lowry's guilt not good enough

Recently Sam Smyth stated that every time Michael Lowry's lips moved, he was lying. In my opinion this statement is a lie. I hold no brief for Mr Lowry, but I do know people in North Tipperary who hold him in very high esteem. These people are not fools. Mr Justice Michael Moriarty has given his opinion; we know Mr Smyth's view; both are opinions.

According to Mr Moriarty and Mr Smyth guilt is to be presumed. It is time to end the Lowry farce once and for all. The country has paid a high price for it; Mr Lowry has paid an even higher price. Enough is enough.
