Labour and Fine Gael promised that they would provide a different kind of politics to the kind people had put up with before.
As the Labour and Fine Gael Party leaders agree on a programme for government, the rank and file members of both parties are given a chance to vote on it.
As the voters did not vote for a coalition government or to allow rank and file members of both parties to make decisions for them, then surely the people as a whole should be given the right to vote on any Programme for Government agreed between the two parties.
