Pawn losers . . . Toll poll . . . Just the ticket . . . Banks

During the summers of the 1950s the weather was very mixed and my mother used to say: "The weather is so changeable that you would not know what to pawn." Now, in 2010, the economic climate is so bad that the Government's attitude is to pawn everything and hope for a sunnier future.

In keeping with the Government's policies, we've paid for the roads through the National Development Plan and we're also paying again through tolls.
