Parties must put differences aside

This is an appeal to the Fine Gael and Labour parties, for the good of the country and for its image abroad.
Please get together and examine your policy differences in the light of a possible coalition.
It must be possible to come up with an agreed plan for the term of the next government. After an election, if a coalition between you is an option, what a boon it would be to avoid a lengthy matchmaking period.
