Our blasphemy law is a disgrace

IN Pakistan, two people have been sentenced to life in prison for blasphemy. Pakistan's outrageous belief that the blasphemy law is just is strengthened by other countries, including Ireland, which also have blasphemy laws.
In the case of Ireland, it is even more pronounced because Pakistan wants our blasphemy law to be adopted by the United Nations as a global law because it is so worded that once a person is accused of blasphemy, they are guilty until they can prove their innocence.
Fianna Fail has already cost us our sovereignty but do we also have to endure the international disgrace of going down in the history books as the nation that gave the world this bigoted law?
