No comfort in conflict or blame

Sir -- The most hurtful thing about suicide is the aftermath which the suicide sucks from your soul. My beloved father committed suicide and it came as no surprise to me due to his mental, physical suffering and his spontaneous and irrational traits.
He suffered from the silent but deadly disease depression, which nobody wants to discuss for fear of sounding a little vulnerable. My family and extended family also suffered as a result. That's the deal with depression.
My childhood strengthened me for the emotions associated with the death of a parent from suicide. However, I was never expecting to feel the added pain displayed to us by the ignorant decisions from some of my father's mature family members. People want to blame someone but there will never be comfort found in conflict or blame.
