Mr Quinn -- poverty is relative

Sir -- In the run-up to Christmas, it would be nice if the former richest man in Ireland, Sean Quinn, who enjoyed all the trappings and privilege of great wealth, could just stop all his bleating and complaining that he's been hard done by.
It's not as if he'll have to apply for charity to feed himself and family over the festivities.
Many newly (and genuinely) poor people will, and no matter how much indignity Sean imposes upon himself by pleading poverty, there is a real difference between his current status and those who worry about trying to put a dinner on the table each day.
