Missing point on reckless driving
Apropos of the recent writings about the car versus the bike, what about the cyclist with the earphones on?
Surely wearing earphones isn't much different to the car driver on his mobile phone? And speaking of the mobile phone, what is the difference between a driver on the phone and eating an ice cream, or smoking a cigarette, or drinking a cup of coffee (very common now), or putting on make-up or even having a shave?
And what about loud music that can be heard 10 cars away?
