Legal advice is too often used as cover

THE term 'legal advice' is a crude club in the hands of all cynical figures in senior positions of Irish public administration.
The degree, to which so-called legal advice is used as an excuse for failure to release information, or often to do anything, is in itself appalling.
This cynical, fake legalism and posturing waffle, is nothing less than a modern tyranny.
