'L' drivers should not have to pay

WHY is it in this country that the actions of the few end up causing misery for the many. I am in fact talking about the new driving laws planned for the 'L' drivers wishing to go for their test for their full licence.
The Government is cynically using the example of the Donegal road tragedy last week in order to introduce yet another financial burden on the drivers in this country.
They intend to make L drivers take a set amount of lessons with a qualified instructor, that will cost them around €35.
