Key to conquering mighty All Blacks

I will never, even for an instant, doubt that Ireland have the raw physical and intellectual capacity to win a Rugby World Cup or defeat the New Zealand All Blacks on regular occasions.

In order, however, to fulfil this potential we will have to change how the mental aspect of the game is addressed from our under-age levels upwards.

The basic infrastructure is already in place, in terms of competitive club and schools cups, to facilitate improvements in our game. It is not a question of more money. It is a question of a mental shift.
